Vice President of Sales, Strategic Partner Channel
As a twelve year veteran in the payments industry, John has had the opportunity to work for the full spectrum of merchant services providers ranging from the largest to start up organizations. This breadth of experience lends itself to understanding the independent partners’ specific needs in order to craft customized offer structures. John is responsible for developing and achieving all strategic initiatives related to First American’s new ISO and Agent partnerships and delivering solutions to those partners that will drive success in the market.
Director of Client Relations and Training
Jason Putnam joined First American in 2008 and has more than 16 years experience working in payment processing. He began his career at Chase Paymentech, where he worked for more than 12 years. Jason is responsible for developing and ultimately achieving all sales initiatives within the Strategic Partner Channel, which includes Independent Sales Offices, financial institutions, associations, referral partners and internal sales. He is additionally personally responsible for managing the relationships for First American’s top producing partners.
Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Lane Conner is dedicated to crafting customized programs for ISOs, Agents and Referral Partners. With over 10 years of business development and crafting solution-driven programs, Lane understands the needs of independent partners. Formerly the Director of Sales and Business Development at Century Payments, Lane has the experience to exceed partner expectations and cultivate market success.
Manager of Strategic Partnerships
Jeremy has been in sales and business development since 2000. During that time, he has worked at Chase Paymentech, Century Payments, and CenPOS, in roles ranging from merchant-level sales, sales leadership, business development, and partnership management. As a collective result of his experiences, he has gained the insight to see a payments relationship from several different angles, while forming mutually beneficial partnerships with Agents, ISOs, and Referral partners.
As training coordinator, Carrie is responsible for training partners on First American’s product suite and business management solutions. Spending the last 13 years in management and training roles, Carrie has the unique ability to deliver her message in a variety of media to reach her audience. Carrie’s goal is to provide initial and ongoing training support for First American Partners and their sales teams.
Client Relations Consultant
Michelle Latham joined First American in 2013 as a Client Relations Consultant. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Latham worked for Switch Commerce where she created a merchant services program while playing an instrumental role in the creation of a successful corporate subsidiary. Ms. Latham served sixteen years in the United States Air Force with primary focus in the satellite communications and Judge Advocate General divisions. Ms.Latham holds Associate of Arts and Science degrees in Electronics Technology and Paralegal Studies from the College of the Air Force.
Client Relations Consultant
Glenn Smith joined the team as a Client Relations Consultant in July 2013 with an established history in both sales and client relations. Glenn spent the last 10+ years working closely with customers in both a direct-to-customer and also at an enterprise level to bridge the gap between service and sales. Prior to First American, Glenn worked at Advantix Solutions Group, where he served as the Director of Client Services. There, he was responsible for both the on-boarding of new clients, as well as the servant leadership of the group responsible for the day-to-day management and long term support of the clients.
